A team of Orbs
for every project.

Your chats with Claude, Grok and Codex are Orbs. File them under projects, give each project a lead, and let the lead hand work to specialists while you get on with your day.

Orbs grouped by project, a chat with Claude's report, and the page it tested.

Every chat has a home.

A project is a card on your Board with a client, a due date, notes and its Orbs. A project folder is the folder on your computer the Orbs work in. Orbit links the two, so the Orb list reads like your client list.

Give a folder its own instructions, like "Use British English" or "Run the tests before finishing", and Codex, Claude and Grok all follow them. Chats with no project wait under Not filed yet, often with a suggestion beside them.

One Orb runs each project.

A project's lead Orb is its project manager. It keeps the card current, hands out work and reports back. The other chats in the project are specialists: they do the piece they're given and tell the lead when it's done.

Pick the lead with Make lead on the project's card. Orbit tells every Orb its role, so a specialist sticks to its job and anything that needs a decision comes to you.

Big jobs split themselves.

When a job splits well, an Orb starts a sub-thread: a new chat that does one self-contained piece in the same folder and sits under its parent. When it finishes, stops or needs something, the parent hears about it and carries on. You can start one yourself too.

Orbs talk to each other.

Every Orb can reach your other chats, whichever model they run on. A Claude Orb can brief a Grok Orb, check on a Codex chat or start a specialist of its own.

  • Read another chat to see what it decided
  • Check whether a chat is working, finished or waiting on you
  • Send a chat a message, even while it's busy
  • Start a new chat or a sub-thread
  • Stop a chat that's going the wrong way
  • Switch a sub-thread to another model, with its history handed over

You stay in charge.

Choose how much Orbs do on their own, from Read only to Full access. With Plan on, an Orb shows you its plan and waits for Go ahead before anything runs.

Approvals from a sub-thread show in the chat you're in, marked with the chat that's asking, and every one is listed in Waiting on you and on your phone.
