Report a bug from Orbit
This is the quickest way, because it can include a screenshot.
- Open Settings, Feedback.
- Choose Report a bug.
- Under Title, say what went wrong in a line.
- Under Description, say what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
- Add a Screenshot (optional) if it helps, then click Send bug report.
It goes straight to Declan, who reads every one.
Request a feature
In Settings, Feedback, choose Request a feature, say what you'd like Orbit to do and how you'd use it, and click Send feature request. Your idea goes to Declan and onto the ideas board.
The ideas board
The ideas board is where subscribers decide what Orbit does next. Post what you want it to do, vote for the ideas you want too, and watch them move from review to shipped.
- An idea goes on the plan when more than half of Orbit's active subscribers vote for it.
- You get one vote per idea, and can vote for as many ideas as you like, or take a vote back.
- Sign in with the email you use in Orbit. Posting and voting are for subscribers.
- Ideas are shown publicly, without your name or email.
Email declan@superorbit.app. Write from the email address you use for Orbit, so we can find your account, and say which version you're on (Settings, General shows it) and whether you're on a Mac or Windows.
For a refund, see Refunds and cancellation for what to include.
Before you write
- Troubleshooting has fixes for the most common problems.
- Check you're on the latest version: Settings, General, Check for updates.
- Problems with your Claude, SuperGrok or OpenAI account itself (billing, limits, sign-in) are for Anthropic, xAI or OpenAI. We can help with how Orbit uses them.
